Mission Statement
The object is to provide the educational climate and curriculum necessary to allow each student to achieve his/her fullest potential. Through a partnership of students, school staff, parents, and the community, our goal is to produce graduates, who recognize their self-worth, are effective communicators, critical thinkers, effective problem solvers, and have the abilities and knowledge to be productive citizens.
Board Goals
Board Goals for 2013-14

1. Support the academic rigor of reading and math so that 100% of the students improve their achievement level by one grade level equivalent or more as defined by the Iowa Assessment national standard scores.

2. Enhance the culture and climate of the school through communication and community partnerships.

3. To study the district’s facilities and grounds and develop a five-year facilities and grounds plan.
