We are very excited that we are now able to offer online school registration! By following these few easy steps, you will be able to register your students for school at your convenience from the comforts of your own home. You must use a laptop or desktop computer at this time. You may register your student(s) anytime starting August 5th - August 21st. All students MUST be registered for school by August 21st.

  • *Log on to your JMC parent portal. Be sure that you are logged in as a parent, and that you have changed the school year to 2019-2020.
  • *Select “Register for School” for detailed instructions.
  • *After all contact information and student demographics have been updated:

[]Click on the “Tuition and Fees” link. You can pay for all of your student’s textbook rental fees, pay for snack milk (grades K-3rd), or purchase athletic tickets all in this one easy step by clicking on “Purchase Items” and add them to your cart.

[]If you would like to deposit money into your nutrition account, click on "Lunch" to make an online payment.

[]If your student is in grades PK, K, 3, or 9, required dental and vision screening forms, are available on the school website. If your student(s) takes medication during the school day, the medication administration form is also available on the school website.

[]Click "Sign Forms" at the bottom of the “Finished” screen for required e-signatures on designated forms.

  • *If you wish to apply for "Free/Reduced" meals, the downloadable form is attached, or available on the school website, or. if you need a hard copy you may pick one up at any of the school buildings.
  • *Families that receive a letter stating they have been directly certified for Free/Reduced meals will automatically be issued benefits with no application form needed.
  • *For those who submit meal applications, you may also sign the waiver section on the application form to request a waiver of school fees. If you are direct certified, you will need to submit the fee waiver application form that is included with your direct certified letter in order to qualify for waived/reduced fees.

Be sure to register early and take advantage of no online processing fees!

  • *The financial institution providing this payment service to our school through. JMC charges a $2.00 fee for online processing. HOWEVER, we have been able to get them to waive that fee for all registrations that are paid online between August 5th – August 9th. This includes deposits into
  • lunch account as well!

Elementary: August 22nd 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm Middle School: August 22nd 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm



Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap) Vaccination Requirement: Beginning the 2013-2014 school year and thereafter, students entering 7th grade and above if born on or after September 15, 2000, shall have a one-time dose of tetanus, diphtheria, acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccine.

Meningococcal Secondary School Vaccination Requirement: Beginning the 2017-2018 school year and thereafter, Students entering 7th grade born on or after September 15, 2004 shall have one dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (A,C,W,Y). There is no provisional period to implement this requirement.


Meningococcal Secondary School Vaccination Requirement: Beginning the 2017-2018 school year and thereafter, students entering 12th grade born on or after September 15, 1999 shall have two doses of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (A,C,W,Y); or 1 dose if one dose was previously received when the student was sixteen years of age or older. There is no provisional period to implement this requirement if the student has received no meningococcal conjugate vaccine.
