The Spartan Baseball team will battle Trinity Christian in the 1st round of Districts with this game being played at Gehlen Catholic at 5 pm on Saturday, July 6th. The Spartan baseball team will have a varsity doubleheader starting at 5 pm against Alta-Aurelia, Senior Night will be after game one. The Spartan softball team is hosting Griswold in a JV/V contest with JV starting at 5:30 and Varsity at 7. Softball Senior night will be after the JV game. GO SPARTANS!!!

**Softball Schedule Change** The GTRA Softball Tournament scheduled for Tuesday, June 25th in Ruthven has been canceled. West Monona will now be traveling to Spirit Lake on Tuesday for a softball varsity doubleheader starting at 4:30 pm in Spirit Lake. GO SPARTANS!!!

Spartan Community! A HUGE SHOUTOUT to West Monona's Chase Lander! Chase threw a PERFECT GAME in yesterday's 19-0 win over Siouxland Christian/Whiting in the WVC tournament. With the help of the Spartan defense, Chase had 8K's, 3 ground outs, and a flyout to complete the perfect game. Congratulations Chase! GO SPARTANS!!!
