Happy Friday Spartans Community! The Spartan Girls Basketball team will be traveling to Treynor tonight for the Semi-Finals of the Class 2A-Region 8. West Monona vs Treynor will tip-off at 7:00pm. All fans must enter through the doors labeled “West Gym”. All spectators must have a ticket to enter the gym. Masks required. All tickets can be picked up at the Middle School office at West Monona High School. Tickets are first come, first serve. GO SPARTANS!!!
Snow Day Makeup Schedule - West Monona Schools are planning to makeup snow days on April 1st and 6th as well as May 27th and 28th. Students would not have any makeup days after Memorial Day IF we have had 1080 student contact hours by May 28th.

**VARSITY GIRLS BASKETBALL TIME CHANGE** Happy District Basketball Tuesday!!! The Spartan Girls Basketball team will be in action tonight as they battle Hinton in the Class 2A-Region 8 first-round at home!! The game has been moved up 1 hour. Tip-Off is set for 6:00pm. All tickets will be sold at the door, cash only. $6.00 for any spectator (NO PASSES will be accepted). West Monona will allow the first 200 people through the doors, as well as Hinton gets 200 spectators. Come cheer on the Lady Spartans!! GO SPARTANS!!!

The Spartans will battle St. Albert on Monday (2/15) at 7:00pm in Council Bluffs. Tickets will go on sale Sunday, February 14, at 9 am. INFORMATIONAL - West Monona CSD has placed a renewal of the Physical Plant and Equipment Levy on the March 2nd ballot. There is some confusion regarding this measure. If approved, this levy will not result in a tax increase since it is an extension of a levy that is already being collected and has been since 1992.
