The Spartan Varsity and JH XC runners are heading to Southwood Conservation Area in Smithland today for the Westwood XC meet, Boy's Varsity running starts at 4:30 with Girl's Varsity and JH to follow. The Spartan JV Football team is back in action tonight as they travel to Moville to battle the Wildcats of Woodbury Central with kickoff set for 6. The Parade will be from 2:00-2:30 pm MS/HS teachers will dismiss students to 15th Street to watch the parade. MS/HS Pep Rally will be in the HS Gym around 2:35. The FFA will be having a tailgate in the HS/MS Parking Lot at 5:30. The Varsity Football Game is at 7:00 p.m. with the Homecoming Coronation at halftime. GO SPARTANS!!!

Happy Thursday Spartans! The Spartan XC team is heading south to Lake Icaria for the Southwest Valley XC Meet, JH running starts at 4:30. The Spartan Volleyball team is at home tonight in a WVC matchup against the Eagles of Lawton-Bronson. JVR at 5:30, JV at 6:20, and Varsity at 7:30. The JH Football team is at home today with a matchup against Woodbury Central with kickoff set for 4. The JH football game will consist of 1 full game, then (4) drives per team from the 40-yard line. The JH volleyball team is also in action tonight at home as they battle West Harrison, 7th grade starts at 4 and will play 2 sets, 8th grade will follow and also play 2 sets. GO SPARTANS!!!

Happy Tuesday Spartans! The Spartan Volleyball team is in Mapleton tonight for the WVC Triangular. The Spartans will play MVAOCOU at 5:30 on the East Court and then Woodbury Central on the West Court for the second match. The Spartan JH Volleyball team is back home today with a game against River Valley. Tonight's match will only be 2 sets for the 7th grade and 2 sets for the 8th grade teams. GO SPARTANS!!!

Congratulations to the Spartan XC team! The Spartans ran in the Tim Thomas XC meet in Holstein on Saturday where they ran against 23 other schools. All runners had a season best with Chloe Broer leading the Spartans and placing 9th place! Other medalists include Andrew Orr and Gabe McKinley. Great job runners! GO SPARTANS!!!

Happy Sunday Spartans! IT IS OFFICIALLY HOMECOMING WEEK! Due to the rainy forecast, the powderpuff football games will be moved inside to the gyms. Today's schedule is Hallway decorations from 2pm-4pm, powderpuff football from 4:15pm-5:45pm in the gyms, football jersey/cheer auction from 6pm-7:30pm in the auditorium, and powderbuff volleyball from 7:45pm-9pm in the gyms.
