Reminder: The elementary concert will take place on Monday, December 20. K & 1st will perform at 6:00. 2nd & 3rd, including all of VanVoorst's class will perform at 6:30. 4th & 5th will perform at 7:00. Attention Parents: The youth cheer clinic that was scheduled for tonight and tomorrow night is cancelled. The Athletic Director and Cheer Coach are hoping to reschedule it during the month of January, but we do not have any more details at this point. The cheer coach will be in touch with everyone who signed up when/if a new date is scheduled.
West Monona Schools will be dismissing at 1:00pm tomorrow, December 15th, due to forecasted high winds.

Happy Tuesday Spartan Nation!! The basketball teams is back in action tonight at home in a Western Valley Conference battle vs. Ridge View. JV girls will tip-off at 4 with 2 quarters, the JVR boys will start at 4:30 with 2 quarters, followed by the JV boys at 5. The Varsity girls will start around 6 with the boys to follow. The JH girls and boys are also in action tonight at home vs. Schleswig. Each team will play 1 game, starting with the girls at 4, boys at 5:15. GO SPARTANS!!!

JV girls will start at 4:00pm, JV boys will start at 4:45pm with varsity girls at 6:00pm and varsity boys to follow. **ATHLETIC SCHEDULE UPDATE** The JV/Varsity basketball game vs. OA-BCIG in Ida Grove has been rescheduled for December 16th. Start times will be the same with JV girls at 4:00pm. After the 2 quarters of JV girls, we will play 2 quarters of JVR boys and then the full 4 quarters of JV boys. The JVR game will start around 4:30pm. Varsity girls will be at 6 and boys at 7:30. With the 1:30pm dismissal today, the basketball game in Ida Grove and the home JH basketball game has been postponed. The basketball games will be rescheduled. All athletic practices schedule for today (12/10) have been cancelled. GO SPARTANS!!!

The Kingsley-Pierson Student Council will be collecting toys at the admission table of the wrestling meet tonight. Toys will be donated to Goodfellow Charities and/or Toys for Tots.
Tonight is HALF-COURT SHOT NIGHT!!! For $1.00 you can attempt to make a half-court shot during both halftimes of the girls and boys game. If you make it, you will win a 2 liter soda!! All proceeds will go to the Senior class!! GO SPARTANS!!!
